this is a rather hot sauce with a taste of papaya, habanero (scotch bonnet), garlic, vinegar and mustard. The fist impression is soft with flavours of papaya and onion, after 4 – 5 seconds comes the flavours of habanero and mustard and a good burning heat. Perfect for all kinds of food and also a favorite for my egg sandwiches, as it is thick enough to stay on the sandwich even if I use a lot of it. Ingredients:
papaya, aged pickled scotch bonnet peppers (peppers, vinegar, salt), vinegar, water, modified corn starch, salt, onion powder, lactic acid, garlic powder, mustard, potassium sorbate (preservative) spices, FD&C yellow #5    Wow this is some delicious sauce .
